Jesus often fasted for 40days. He was human when He did it. He was not less human than you, nor was He superhuman. He was uniquely attuned to The Father. 

You are a priceless prize and giving this offering touches your Father's heart as nothing else can.

This website is here to help you prepare, begin, endure, and end a 40day fast. Don't think "I can't do a 40day fast, I have a job/kids/responsibilities..." You can do this. Begin small if it makes you feel more confident. Try a 1 day fast, or 3 days. 

Regardless of the length, certain approaches are important. We will be adding more pages with greater explanations in the next few days, as well as a private area for you to keep track of your daily or overall experiences, and perhaps a forum where you can share together.

You CAN do a 40day fast. It's not that hard. Your imagination is likely what is preventing you from making such an offering to God. Be assured, this is a Sacrifice of Thanksgiving, a very special offering that is NOT ignored by God.
